The Interactive Chandelier plays "3D-Video" and provides a classically elegant chandelier with a modern twist. The chandelier is suspended in the main lobby in full view of visitors inside as well as passersby on the street. Using small LED nodes, 12” on center, to form the matrix, abstract video content is used to engage and connect with the public. The regular grid of the chandelier allows for optimal video content and the surprise that a simple shape can provide so much dynamism. 

From start to finish, Pixelumen Lab was responsible for the chandelier's design and installation. We worked with the lobby's architect on the design concept, then collaborated with the lighting manufacturer to create the custom fixture. Finally, we project managed the installation and handled the programming and content design.
